Senior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and evolve a modern, cohesive brand identity for a globally distributed, fully remote organization. You will work across digital and offline touchpoints, influencing how the brand is perceived in markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end brand design projects from concept through final execution.
• Create visual assets such as landing pages, digital campaigns, social media content, email designs, presentation decks, and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain brand systems to ensure consistency and modern visual expression.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Adapt visual assets for multiple formats, including digital ads, web platforms, and offline materials.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the brand by shaping visual identity and storytelling.
• Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of feedback and design excellence.
• Continuously refine design processes to ensure pixel‑perfect execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, preferably in innovative or high‑growth global companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern aesthetics, innovative thinking, and typographic expertise.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency across diverse outputs.
• Experience in creative or marketing environments; agency background is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development.

Required skills

What we offer

• Annual base salary ranging from $116,250 to $130,750, depending on experience and location.
• Fully remote work with flexible hours.
