About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, drive growth, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organization. This role combines strategic planning, consumer insight, and agency management to refresh and expand our global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Write short‑ and long‑term business and brand plans, defining objectives, strategies, initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Develop marketing plans that support strategic initiatives and deliver the annual business plan.
  • Create and communicate briefs for agencies and oversee their execution.
  • Identify untapped consumer opportunities using research and in‑market performance data.
  • Assist in portfolio strategy development across brands and categories.
  • Provide ongoing business analysis to prioritize brand‑building opportunities.
  • Prepare annual brand reviews, growth platforms and brand role definitions.
  • Recommend brand budgets and allocate investments.
  • Define positioning for new offerings and category entrants.
  • Align brand initiatives with bottler marketing, sales and technical teams.
  • Lead project development with operating units, market managers and bottling partners.
  • Present business results to marketing, regional and division leaders.
  • Analyze trends and propose initiatives that drive brand growth.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 6‑8 years of brand management experience.
  • Experience with Nielsen, IRI, Bases or similar quantitative research tools.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market research.
  • Knowledge of media procedures that increase volume and brand equity.
  • Ability to manage and inspire agency performance.
  • Focus on consumer needs as the primary business driver.
