Senior Manager Operations – Production Plant

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager Operations to lead the new state‑of‑the‑art production plant in Collecchio, Italy. You will be responsible for driving plant performance, empowering teams and delivering results that shape the future of food experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all plant operations including Production, Scheduling/Sampling and Maintenance.
• Achieve short‑ and mid‑term financial and operational targets set by the Plant Director.
• Build, inspire and develop a high‑performing operations team while fostering a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proactive compliance with GMP standards and exceed internal and external audit requirements.
• Champion safety, health and environmental protection for employees, customers and the public.
• Lead operational projects that support business transformation and operational excellence.
• Monitor and report plant performance through KPIs, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science or Supply Chain.
• Proven senior‑level experience managing plant operations in the food, flavor or related industry.
• Strong track record of leading large teams and delivering financial and operational results.
