About the role
NXP is expanding its Catania site with a new team focused on high‑impact microcontrollers for AI at the Edge. The Mixed Signal Verification Lead will ensure high‑quality designs by collaborating with designers and system engineers, creating simulation test cases, models, and checkers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop verification strategies for mixed‑signal designs and systems.
- Create verification plans, traceability matrices, and functional SystemVerilog models of analog blocks.
- Build AMS models to verify electrical behavior of mixed‑signal subsystems.
- Run simulations, track coverage, and ensure high‑quality tape‑outs and silicon production.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of production mixed‑signal verification experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- SystemVerilog modeling.
- AMS (Analog Mixed‑Signal) modeling.
- Mixed‑signal verification techniques.
- Assertion and checker development.
