Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join a fast‑paced, remote‑first organization operating across multiple regions. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of internal IT services while providing high‑quality support to employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to internal users across a globally distributed workforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, access‑management and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and provisioning in Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows and macOS devices, including OS installation and device setup.
• Administer endpoint management and MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
• Prioritise and track support tickets using Jira or similar ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and support hardware lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to improve internal systems and user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT support, system administration or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and organised when handling high‑priority incidents.
