About the role

Girbau Italy is seeking a Service Technician to provide comprehensive technical support to its customers across the country. The role combines remote assistance with occasional on‑site visits, especially within the industrial segment, and includes the organization of technical training sessions.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support to customers through phone and email.
  • Use Salesforce, MyGirbau and other tools to resolve issues remotely.
  • Perform occasional on‑site technical assistance, primarily for industrial equipment.
  • Organise and conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal teams.

Required profile

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics, electromechanical, electrician or electronics technician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
  • Analytical and systematic thinking with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • High customer focus, flexibility, mobility and willingness to travel throughout Italy.
