Soft Accessories Design Intern

About the role

Maison Valentino is seeking a Soft Accessories Design Intern to join its Soft & SLG Design department in Milan. The role offers a hands‑on experience in designing small leather goods, including hats, small bags and special projects, within a fast‑paced luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing soft accessories such as hats, small bags and special‑project pieces.
• Collaborate with the design team to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Prepare technical files and visualisations to support product development.
• Provide general support to the Small Leather Goods department.

Required profile

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong design sensitivity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to sketch and illustrate on an iPad.
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
