Software Developer

About the role

DXC Technology Italia is seeking a Software Developer to join its Applications Service team in Bari. You will work on designing, developing and delivering business‑critical software solutions, supporting both new projects and enhancements of existing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute technical solutions for new or upgraded applications.
• Analyze, identify and resolve business or technical problems using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand requirements, technical context and strategic direction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools, techniques and technologies relevant to the role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with digital development services, Agile application development, DevOps, cloud‑based applications and micro‑services architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, result‑orientation and teamwork skills.
