Store Planning Project Manager

About the role

The Store Planning Project Manager is a central corporate position based at our Milan headquarters. Reporting to the Store Planning Senior Manager, you will coordinate the end‑to‑end execution of store planning projects across the Americas, ensuring alignment with HQ concepts, brand standards, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of retail projects, including new openings, expansions, renovations, relocations and maintenance initiatives.
• Conduct site due‑diligence, define preliminary budgets and timelines, and identify regional constraints and risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor critical paths and implement mitigation actions.
• Oversee design development in collaboration with designers and local teams, ensuring compliance with brand aesthetics.
• Coordinate internal HQ departments (Retail, Merchandising, Finance, Legal, IT & Security) and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors, vendors).
• Handle procurement, administration and logistics from a central perspective.
• Monitor project risks, variations and change requests, escalating decisions to the Senior Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented professional.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑regional retail construction projects.
• Strong ability to work across time zones and navigate different cultural contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
