Structural & Architectural Supervisor – La Spezia (Oil & Gas)

About the role

ISS International is seeking an experienced Structural / Architectural Supervisor to lead the supervision and coordination of construction activities for an important Oil & Gas development project in the La Spezia area. The role ensures that all structural and architectural works meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate structural and architectural construction activities on industrial or offshore‑type facilities.
• Monitor structural steel erection, platforms, supports, access systems, cladding, insulation, and architectural finishes.
• Ensure compliance with construction and welding standards and project specifications.
• Interpret fabrication, layout, and detail drawings.
• Interface with piping, electrical, HVAC, painting and other site disciplines.
• Support punch‑listing, final walk‑downs, and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑graduation experience in structural and architectural supervision.
• Proven experience in industrial, Oil & Gas, or offshore module projects.
• Good command of English.
