Supplier Third-Party Due Diligence Analyst

About the role

The Supplier Third-Party Due Diligence Analyst supports the Group’s risk management framework by coordinating supplier screenings and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role acts as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver accurate due‑diligence outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the submission of due‑diligence requests to external consultants for supplier and third‑party screenings.
• Review and analyse corporate intelligence and due‑diligence reports to assess risk exposure and advise on business relationship decisions.
• Evaluate supplier risk assessments and determine when additional due‑diligence steps are required.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the Supplier Third‑Party Due Diligence Program to ensure timely completion of screenings.
• Maintain accurate, auditable documentation of all due‑diligence activities in designated systems.
• Support the definition and implementation of corrective actions and risk‑mitigation plans in collaboration with procurement, legal, and compliance teams.
• Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure efficient due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supplier or third‑party due‑diligence, compliance, internal audit or related functions.
• Experience conducting ethical, reputational and integrity screenings of suppliers or business partners.
• Strong understanding of anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption regulations and third‑party risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, research and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
