Training Specialist – Digital Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to help clients across Southern Europe maximize the value of innovative digital solutions. You will design and deliver engaging online and on‑site training sessions, create learning resources, and support customer adoption in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions, webinars, and product demos to clients throughout Southern Europe.
• Create, update, and maintain tutorials, user guides, videos, and other learning assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support to align training with regional business priorities.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with internal teams.
• Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with European training colleagues to ensure consistency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering training for electronic products or digital services in public, government, or corporate settings.
• Native‑level Italian and strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach.
• Based in Italy and willing to travel for on‑site training and events.
