Video Producer

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a creative Video Producer to lead end‑to‑end video production that strengthens brand storytelling, educates users, and drives engagement across digital platforms. Based onsite in Lisbon, you will work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Concept & Scripting: collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop video concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Production Management: hire and direct crews, source talent, manage sets and locations, and ensure all necessary equipment is available.
• Post‑Production Oversight: guide editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to deliver polished content.
• Platform Optimization: adapt video assets for social media, web, and in‑app channels while maintaining consistent quality.
• Quality Control & Budgeting: uphold brand standards, meet deadlines, and keep production within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming, and editing.
• Strong project‑management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro.
