Visual Merchandiser Intern – Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser Intern will support the VM Italy team by coordinating projects, managing visual tools, creating creative assets, and producing reports. You will work closely with merchandising, operations and marketing to ensure high‑quality visual execution across boutiques and events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily organisational tasks of the VM department and facilitate communication between VM, merchandising, operations and marketing teams.
• Lead local VM action projects in Italy, translating commercial priorities into visual executions and producing photo reports.
• Manage VM tools for fashion and watches & fine jewellery, including orders, budgeting, deliveries and supplier follow‑up.
• Create clear, visually appealing VM reports, newsletters and internal presentations.
• Organise VM guideline quizzes, track results and propose training actions to keep the community informed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
• Proactive, well‑organized, responsible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
