Welcomist Temporary – Boutique Capri

About the role

The Welcomist joins Hermès’ Customer Experience team at the Capri boutique, delivering a memorable journey for every client. This temporary position focuses on warm hospitality, seamless service coordination, and supporting sales associates in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, hospitable welcome and build strong relationships to understand their needs.
• Engage clients while they wait, providing information and assistance before meeting the sales associate.
• Manage customer queues using the dedicated Hermès app on store devices.
• Assist clients and support sales colleagues in complex situations such as returns, reservations, and special requests.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits for the Sales Associates team.
• Liaise with Operations teams to ensure smooth online, after‑sales, and reservation order delivery.
• Maintain and update the store calendar of events and appointments.
• Supervise external suppliers (florists, catering) and monitor food & beverage supplies to keep the store in excellent condition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic, fashion or luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury boutique or hospitality role.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, and strong teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Comfortable using IT tools and Hermès‑specific applications.
