Avvocato – Corporate & Commercial Law (Rome)

About the role

Occhipinti & Associati is seeking an experienced Avvocato to join its Rome office. The successful candidate will advise corporate and institutional clients on complex corporate, commercial, M&A and restructuring matters, with a strong focus on cross‑border transactions between Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation in corporate, commercial, M&A, joint‑venture and restructuring projects.
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts and transaction documents for domestic and international deals.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda and conduct in‑depth legal research.
• Manage case files, coordinate with external advisors and support strategic investment projects.
• Assist in litigation and arbitration, prepare procedural documents and attend hearings as required.

Required profile

• Law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) and admission to practice law in Italy.
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, M&A, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous legal research and draft clear legal opinions.
• Experience or strong interest in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and oral Italian; professional proficiency in English (Arabic a plus).
• High integrity, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
