Canva Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Canva Specialist to support AI training initiatives. In this contractor position you will use your hands‑on Canva experience to create and manage design assets that help train next‑generation creative AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain a variety of design assets in Canva for AI training purposes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver brand‑consistent materials.
• Document design decisions and processes to aid data annotation and AI model training.
• Provide feedback on Canva workflows and suggest usability improvements.
• Organise and version‑control creative repositories to ensure easy access and traceability.
• Communicate project updates clearly through written and verbal channels.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute ideas for process optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Canva usage at a user level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines precisely while exercising creativity within set parameters.
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote‑work best practices.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
