Dispatcher – Office Hours

About the role
Stratan Inc., a growing transportation company, is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to support its office‑hours operations. You will be the central point of contact for drivers, brokers, and shippers, ensuring freight moves safely and efficiently across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Track all trucks throughout the day, noting status (empty, loaded, off‑site, in shop).
- Maintain accurate updates in the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Communicate daily with drivers and brokers to coordinate loads.
- Search for available loads, present them to the team, and manage related documentation.
- Verify pickup and delivery appointments, contacting shippers and receivers as needed.
- Perform check‑calls and email follow‑ups to confirm schedule adherence.
- Record and monitor any errors or exceptions for corrective action.
Required profile
- Minimum university education.
- Age between 22 and 35 years.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Excellent computer literacy.
