About the role

Locala is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead its Account Management and Trading teams. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, strong campaign performance, and revenue growth while working closely with the VP Sales, Account Director, and Country Manager.

Key responsibilities

Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and elevate the trading and account management teams, fostering a client‑focused culture that delivers best‑in‑class service.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop growth strategies, optimise operational performance, and drive account expansion.

Required profile

Proven experience leading account management or trading teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality client service and drive revenue growth.
Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with sales and country leadership.
