Head of Key Account Management

About the role

BauWatch Italy is seeking a dynamic Head of Key Account Management to shape and execute the strategic vision for its most important customers across Italy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive‑level clients, aligning our mobile video surveillance solutions with their business priorities and driving long‑term partnership value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive KAM strategy that supports overall commercial objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Key Account Management team.
• Build and nurture executive‑level relationships, positioning BauWatch as a strategic partner.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling and contract expansion.
• Lead complex negotiations, renewals and high‑value commercial agreements.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Establish governance frameworks, including regular executive business reviews and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service, Finance and Planning to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent markets.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention.
• Native Italian speaker with advanced English proficiency.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, influencing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
