HSE Internship – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the HSE Department at Bosch Rexroth Oil Control in Nonantola. The role supports health, safety and environmental activities while contributing to a digitalisation project focused on Behaviour Based Safety checklists.

Key responsibilities

• Support drafting and updating HSE documentation.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance for safety and environmental matters.
• Participate in internal audits and workplace inspections.
• Collect and analyse data on accidents, near‑misses and HSE indicators.
• Collaborate on continuous‑improvement initiatives within the HSE area.
• Conduct a preliminary study for a digital “smart” BBS checklist, analysing current processes and evaluating digital tools.
• Help define a standardised, easily implementable model and gather requirements from relevant functions.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Electrical/Electronic or related).
• Strong interest in health, safety and environmental topics.
• Good command of English and strong organisational attention to detail.
