Junior IP Solution Sales Engineer Internship

About the role

Huawei Italy is offering a 6‑month extra‑curricular internship for a Junior IP Solution Sales Engineer. The program is designed to give fresh graduates hands‑on experience in Datacom (IP) technologies, market analysis and solution design, with a direct path to a full‑time position upon successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and market analysis to identify trends and operator/enterprise pain points in the mobile network space.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, tailor and present technical proposals for Datacom (IP) solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations and solution roadmaps to prospective telecom and enterprise clients.
• Support senior Solution Sales Engineers with documentation, coverage mapping research and tender responses.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or current student (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Graduation date within 6‑12 months of the internship start.
• Strong interest in IP network architecture, enterprise presales and technical consulting.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, adaptability and high emotional intelligence for international team environments.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
