Junior Media Trading Specialist – Protected Category (Law 68/99)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Media Trading Specialist to join our Milan team. The role supports the setup, execution and monitoring of programmatic campaigns across Mobile, Digital Out‑of‑Home (DOOH) and Connected TV (CTV) channels, working alongside experienced traders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and activation of digital media campaigns on Mobile, DOOH and CTV platforms.
• Monitor delivery, pacing and budgets under senior guidance.
• Perform quality checks on campaign settings, creatives and tracking before launch.
• Support campaign optimization to meet performance and delivery goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to analysis.
• Stay updated on digital media trends and programmatic best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Media Studies or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience or internships in digital media, agencies or advertising.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of demand‑side platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.
• Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools and digital marketing metrics.
