Language Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Language Travel Consultant you will be the first point of contact for students who want to study abroad. You will turn their interest into a concrete decision by using strong sales instincts, building genuine relationships, and following through with persistence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high‑converting sales pipeline using EF’s internal database.
• Make a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, delivering clear and persuasive information.
• Represent EF at fairs, universities and other events to meet potential students throughout the year.
• Collaborate with international sales and campus teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Motivate yourself and the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Required profile

• Natural closer with the ability to read people and move conversations forward.
• Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Full working rights in Europe – no sponsorship required.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to solve problems independently.
• Experience living, studying or working abroad is a plus.
• Early‑career or career‑pivot candidates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.
