Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager

About the role

Fever is seeking a Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager to help expand its presence in Italy and beyond. You will shape growth strategies, build key relationships, and drive the company’s mission to democratise access to live entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, scaling Fever’s presence in the region.
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners, ensuring mutual value creation and sustainable strategic partnerships.
• Balance and grow a large client base through strong organisational skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive partner growth across Italy and internationally.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging entertainment trends and act as the expert on new experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of top‑tier consulting experience, plus additional experience in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music or arts.
• Strong business development and partnership management capabilities.
• Self‑starter attitude able to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Data‑driven approach to prioritising tasks and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Native‑level Italian and fluent English.

• Sugar CRM (preferred sales CRM).
• Microsoft Office suite.
