Outpatient Development Lead – MedTech (Hybrid)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson, through its DePuy Synthes business, is seeking an Outpatient Development Lead to drive outpatient management initiatives across Europe. The position is hybrid, based primarily in Zuchwil, Switzerland, with possible alternative hybrid locations in Italy or the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of outpatient strategies for the Strategic Solutions – Medical Devices EMEA business unit.
• Collaborate with the International Partnership Lead to manage key accounts and partnerships without commission structures.
• Support the transition of the Orthopedics business to a standalone DePuy Synthes entity, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and benefit plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver MedTech solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MedTech sales or key account management within the medical devices sector.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment across multiple European locations.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic and outpatient care markets.
