About the role

Gruppo Premiere Srl is seeking a dynamic Co‑Founder to help shape the strategic direction, growth, and daily operations of its boutique real‑estate advisory business in Milan. This full‑time, on‑site position will involve driving business development, nurturing high‑value client relationships, and overseeing high‑impact advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s growth strategy and market expansion plans.
• Lead business development activities, including sourcing new investment opportunities and cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
• Collaborate with partners to build and manage the Milan team, ensuring alignment with the firm’s values and service standards.
• Oversee real‑estate advisory projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to brand positioning, marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate market trends, investment opportunities, and financial models.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
• Proven sales experience in real‑estate or investment services, focusing on high‑value clients.
• Marketing acumen to shape brand strategy and support lead generation.
• Fluency in English; Italian proficiency is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work independently and drive growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
