Regional Communication Specialist (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Lush’s Italian Communications team as a Regional Communication Specialist, based in Rome. You will help shape and execute communication strategies that raise brand awareness and position the flagship Via del Corso store as a cultural hub.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local PR and storytelling initiatives that reflect Lush’s ethical values.
• Plan, organise and host in‑store events, press visits and creator collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and cultural partners across beauty, lifestyle, arts and sustainability.
• Create timely, engaging content for social and earned media channels.
• Monitor cultural moments and respond quickly to maximise brand relevance.

Required profile

• Passion for ethical beauty, sustainability and community‑focused storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with local store teams.
• Flexibility to travel locally and attend occasional in‑office days.
