Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Bosch, you will act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will champion associate development, drive engagement, and use analytics to support talent retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting to management, assessing business impacts and designing mitigating HR strategies.
• Partner with associates and leaders on employee relations, policy communication, and conduct investigations.
• Coordinate annual salary review processes and collaborate with corporate centers of excellence on compensation.
• Plan workforce needs based on business plans, address short‑ and long‑term talent gaps, and support talent acquisition initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs from performance reviews and succession planning, then design and deliver learning programs.
• Lead special HR projects and assignments as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into HR actions.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for leadership and associates.
• Ability to handle employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Experience in compensation processes, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
