Senior SEO Strategist

About the role

Precis is seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to lead the development and execution of high‑impact SEO tactics for our clients. You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic insight to drive continuous testing, optimisation, and measurable results across organic and AI‑generated search.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tactical and operational SEO management, ensuring flawless execution and detailed performance analysis.
• Design and run advanced testing and optimisation initiatives to meet client KPIs.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and analyses to uncover opportunities for brand strength and performance improvement.
• Collaborate on cross‑solution projects, integrating SEO with paid media, CRO, and other disciplines.
• Manage commercial activities that support the growth of the SEO business.
• Provide concise, data‑driven recommendations and strategic consulting to clients.
• Foster a collaborative environment, sharing SEO insights across teams.
• Mentor junior specialists and promote continuous learning.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the three pillars of SEO—technical, content, and authority—and experience with LLM optimisation.
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex SEO issues while maintaining tactical integrity.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from SEO and analytics platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Technical SEO expertise.
