Site Technical Facility Lead

About the role

The Site Technical Facility Lead will be the primary Facilities & Real Estate manager for Applied Materials' new European Technology & Science Campus in Treviso. You will act as the main interface between internal stakeholders and the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) provider, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of a high‑tech environment that includes cleanrooms and critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site governance, coordinate facility activities, and support strategic planning, CAPEX and long‑term roadmaps.
• Ensure reliability and performance of MEP, HVAC, process utilities and cleanroom systems, overseeing maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Manage the IFM provider, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Oversee construction, building expansions and capital projects, ensuring schedule, budget and quality compliance.
• Support operations through CMMS/CAFM implementation, regulatory compliance and alignment with business needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant facilities management experience in complex, high‑tech environments such as semiconductor or life‑science facilities.
• Proven track record managing cleanroom operations, construction projects and IFM service partners.

What we offer

• Salary range €44,800 – €61,600 per year.
