Supply Chain Project Manager (Bacau, Romania)

About the role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Project Manager will plan and oversee all projects at Moncler Industries’ Yield Factory in Bacau, Romania. The role focuses on driving supply‑chain initiatives that improve productivity, inventory accuracy, lead times and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement new processes, systems and operational standards.
• Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement across planning, procurement, inventory, production and logistics.
• Support the rollout of digital tools and supply‑chain transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Perform data‑driven analyses to aid strategic decision‑making and project prioritisation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English or Romanian; Italian is mandatory.
• Strong educational background, preferably in engineering.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and problem‑solving mindset.
