Talent Advisor – Onsite in Florence, KY

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its in‑house team in Florence, Kentucky. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on driving employee engagement, development, and performance while supporting the organization’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies that boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Implement programs that improve redeployment, retention, skill development, and communication efficiency.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Experience in employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead roles (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR practices such as orientation, termination, payroll, coaching, advising, onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office (required).
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and adaptable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Effective communication with multiple management levels.
• Experience with VMS platforms (preferred).
