Technical Asset Manager – Renewable Energy (Italy)

About the role

Enfinity is seeking a Technical Asset Manager to oversee the technical performance of its utility‑scale solar portfolio in Italy. The role combines hands‑on field work with strategic reporting to investors and stakeholders, supporting the company’s goal of operating over 1 GW of renewable assets by 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of utility‑scale solar plants, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Maintain relationships with off‑takers, financing parties and transmission operators, addressing performance issues and building stakeholder confidence.
• Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly operating reports, compare actual performance to budget, and contribute to annual operating budgets.
• Manage the handover of sites from construction, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Work with the Real Estate team to manage local stakeholder relationships and secure permitting compliance.
• Administer O&M and long‑term service agreements, monitoring contractor performance and fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate planned outages and unplanned maintenance, investigating and resolving system issues.
• Supervise site performance, service provider activities, and third‑party contractors.
• Handle warranty claims by gathering data, compiling documentation and structuring submissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing utility‑scale solar assets or similar renewable energy facilities.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements for solar operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with investors, off‑takers, financing partners and transmission operators.
• Experience preparing and analysing operational and financial reports.
• Hands‑on field experience, including coordination of maintenance activities and site handovers.
