AI Hub Campaign & Knowledge Specialist

About the role

The AI Hub Campaign Specialist will shape the programme narrative by linking AI foundations with sustainable development and private‑sector growth. Working closely with partners across the G7, African nations and 14 African countries, the role drives innovative campaigns and advocacy to position the AI Hub as a dynamic systems orchestrator.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of the AI Hub knowledge and insights strategy, delivering timely, action‑oriented insights.
• Collaborate with the AI Hub Head of Programme Design, DT Knowledge & Strategy and Communications teams to build processes, methodologies and campaign strategies across G7 and African partners.
• Support Italy, G7 countries and African governments in identifying new partnerships and catalising actions through effective campaigns and advocacy.
• Develop and execute AI Hub campaign plans, including stakeholder mapping, KPI setting, monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks.
• Represent UNDP at global AI forums, manage stakeholder events and promote responsible AI for development.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (master’s or equivalent) in Design, Business Administration, Engineering, IT Management, Education or a related technical field.
• Or a bachelor’s degree in the same fields combined with at least two years of relevant experience.
