Chef de Rang – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate Chef de Rang for the 2026 summer season, primarily supporting breakfast service at Il Palagio Restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering refined dining experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer menu and wine suggestions, and address concerns promptly.
• Guide guests through menu selections, ensuring memorable moments.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to Four Seasons service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of food‑service experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros POS operating system.
