Cloud DevOps Engineer – Hybrid (Milan/Bergamo)

About the role

Sorint.Lab is looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building reliable, scalable cloud solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Milan or Bergamo, and offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge technologies across the full cloud stack.

Key responsibilities

• Study, design and deliver new cloud projects.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes in the cloud.
• Perform cloud migrations and refactor existing workloads.
• Create and maintain deployment pipelines and automation scripts.

Required profile

• Motivated professional with strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.
• Solid Linux and networking knowledge.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Design and implementation of CI/CD solutions (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab).
• Programming/scripting languages: Java, C, C#, PowerShell, Python, TSQL, Bash, Groovy.
• Version‑control systems: Subversion, GitHub, GitLab.
• Automation/build tools: Docker, Artifactory, Puppet.
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, DBUnit, tSQLt.
• Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
• Configuration management and orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift (OCP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Atlassian suite.
