General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the next phase of growth for a fast‑growing industrial company in the home‑appliances sector. The role will shape strategy, drive commercial expansion, and ensure operational excellence across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long‑term strategy, meeting financial, commercial and operational targets.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, monitoring revenue growth, profitability, cash flow and working capital.
• Lead commercial and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, strategic partners and other stakeholders.
• Identify new growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion and strategic alliances.
• Oversee operations, product management and R&D, driving innovation and speed of execution.
• Foster a high‑performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, results and people development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in General Management or Business Unit leadership within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of home‑appliances, kitchen furniture, built‑in appliances or related sectors.
• Demonstrated accountability for P&L management and key business performance drivers.
• Experience integrating Commercial, Marketing, Product and Operations functions.
• Track record of developing new markets, strategic customer relationships or leading transformation initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, sound decision‑making and results‑oriented approach.
• Credible, inspiring leadership style with ability to build high‑performing teams.
