Part-Time Sales Associate – Rome, GA

About the role

The Sales Associate provides quality customer service and drives product sales in the Mt. Berry Square Mall store. You will become knowledgeable about each product area, promote sales and promotions, and act as an ambassador for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service, greeting shoppers and assisting multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell merchandise and services, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and visual standards as outlined in the operations manuals.
• Assist with daily store operations, including work lists, clean‑up tasks, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Present merchandise effectively using product‑knowledge guidelines.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Protect company assets by adhering to internal control procedures.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of customer‑service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑starter with initiative and strong attention to detail.
