Product Owner – eCommerce (ICT)

About the role

Stellantis is looking for a results‑driven ICT Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of digital solutions that power its eCommerce ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end product portfolio covering catalogue management, product publishing, ordering, payments, shipment, returns and AI‑driven enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for eCommerce IT capabilities.
• Translate business objectives such as parts & accessories sales and service subscriptions into actionable product plans.
• Own, maintain and continuously prioritise the product backlog based on business value, ROI, regulatory constraints and customer impact.
• Write epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and balance short‑term delivery with long‑term platform scalability.
• Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating online behaviour insights, Customer Care feedback and post‑sales data.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Customer Care to capture and reconcile requirements.
• Ensure alignment between central eCommerce platforms and dealer/market needs.
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an eCommerce or digital commerce environment.
• Strong ability to bridge business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce business models, customer journeys and competitive dynamics.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
