Account Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role
MORO TECH is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Account Manager to own a portfolio of key accounts, drive revenue growth and ensure a high‑quality end‑to‑end customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to quoting, closing and follow‑up.
- Achieve sales targets by expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and maintaining accurate forecasts and reports.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships, understand client needs and deliver scalable, tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, license support) to ensure timely delivery, documentation and cross‑department communication.
- Manage account operations including CRM/ERP usage, overdue payment follow‑ups and process compliance; act as backup for other Account Managers.
- Engage with clients, prospects and partners both remotely and on‑site, collaborating closely with the License Support team and Microsoft business training initiatives.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, account management or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience in an IT or technology‑driven environment serving diverse, cross‑cultural customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong team player with effective cross‑department collaboration.
- Highly organized with strong prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
- Autonomous, confident and assertive, able to take ownership and drive results.
- Resilient under pressure in a fast‑paced environment; creative thinker with a solution‑oriented mindset.
