About the role
Epta is seeking an After Sales Account Manager to oversee customer relationships across the North‑West regions of Italy. You will act as the primary point of contact for contracts, claims, and service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers, handling contracts and main claims.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and propose actions to improve it.
- Track business and service‑quality KPIs, recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with specific SLA requirements set by customers.
- Gather customer needs and forward new business opportunities to the After‑Sales and New‑Equipment departments.
- Implement the strategy defined by the Country After Sales Account Manager.
- Achieve budget targets for revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Credit Collection Department to improve credit management.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar after‑sales or account‑management role.
- Management experience, preferably in a multinational environment with comparable scope.
- Fluent in English and a second language.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent higher education).
- Willingness to work in Lombardia, Piemonte, Valle D'Aosta, Liguria or Sardegna.
