Sales Assistant – Linate Milan Airport

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our retail team at Linate Airport in Milan. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Provide knowledgeable, high‑quality service, advising customers on fashion trends and product features.
• Capture and manage customer data using the company’s CRM tools to build lasting relationships.
• Support daily store operations, adhere to company policies, and maintain security standards.
• Collaborate with teammates, fostering open communication and a positive work atmosphere.

Required profile

• Availability for flexible shifts, including early opening (6 am) and late closing (9 pm).
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional language is a plus.
• Retail leadership experience in a vertically integrated environment.
• Hands‑on, self‑starter attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to encourage a positive team environment.

Required skills
