As an Apple Retail Specialist you will create memorable experiences for customers by understanding their needs, recommending Apple products and services, and delivering a high‑standard of service in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, identify ownership opportunities and present Apple solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Apple product portfolio, services and purchase options.
• Support teammates by sharing product knowledge and assisting across store areas.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks such as customer support in other store sections as needed.
