Bar Commis (m/f/d) – Family Resort

About the role

Join the bar team at Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido for the upcoming winter season. As a Bar Commis you will support the creation of creative drinks, assist colleagues, and ensure smooth service for guests of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the bar team in preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including signature gin & tonics and themed molecular evenings.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar work area.
• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, especially families and children.
• Support stock management and replenish supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Team spirit and willingness to work in a young, dynamic environment.
• Interest in hospitality and the bar profession.
• Flexibility to work with families and children.
• Language skills in German, Italian and English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of bar service and drink preparation.
• Customer‑oriented attitude.
