Coordinator, Partnership Marketing

About the role

The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing supports the Partnership Marketing team in delivering customized partnership initiatives and events for UFC. This role blends account management, activation planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to help partners achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in partner onboarding and weekly check‑in calls, preparing agendas and recap notes.
• Create and maintain account plans, track assets, and update progress for month‑end reviews.
• Input prospect and partner sales data into the CRM system.
• Facilitate communication between Corporate Partnerships, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Assist with in‑arena, live‑event, and retail creative execution by collecting artwork, meeting deadlines, and approving final build‑outs.
• Gather broadcast and live‑event assets ahead of each event.
• Route partner static and video build‑outs to the event production team for approval.
• Distribute internal communications and event schedules as needed.
