Global Media Manager – Integrated Media Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Global Media Manager to lead the definition and execution of integrated media strategies across offline and online channels. The role works within a dynamic global environment, collaborating with marketing, brand, digital, finance teams and external agencies to deliver impactful media plans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated media strategies aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Plan media budgets, allocate spend, and monitor performance with a focus on efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create and refine media plans.
• Negotiate with publishers, broadcasters and platforms to maximize value.
• Manage and challenge media agencies, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
• Track campaign KPIs, translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay current on media trends, emerging channels and innovative formats.
• Contribute to process, governance and best‑practice development for media investments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in media planning and/or buying, either client‑side, agency or a mix.
• Proven track record managing integrated offline and online media plans (TV, OOH, Radio, Print, Digital).
• Strong experience with budget management, performance tracking and optimisation.
• Experience steering media agencies and conducting media negotiations.
• Ability to work in international, multi‑market contexts with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
