Digital Marketing Associate & Photographer

About the role

Rome City Institute is looking for a creative and organized professional to join its Marketing team. The role combines digital marketing support with hands‑on photography, enabling the candidate to craft visual storytelling, manage content calendars, and assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Capture and edit photography for brand communications.
• Assist with content planning and scheduling across platforms.
• Support marketing initiatives and brand visibility efforts.
• Help with administrative tasks and calendar coordination.
• Collaborate with third‑party organisations on creative campaigns, promotions and partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong eye for visual storytelling and hands‑on photography experience.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing content.
• Fluent English (assessed during interview).
• Based in Rome or able to work in Rome without visa requirements.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with photo‑editing software such as Photoshop.
• Experience using Adobe Lightroom.
• Familiarity with Canva for graphic creation.
