Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Woolrich’s e‑commerce team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive paid‑media campaigns across the EMEA region, working closely with marketing, social media and CRM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define target audiences and coordinate the creation of creative assets.
• Optimize campaigns across the full funnel – awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion/ROAS.
• Plan and execute initiatives to acquire qualified traffic to the e‑commerce website.
• Monitor performance, identify critical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse and report campaign results, managing budgets by country.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, new techniques and best practices in digital advertising.

Required profile

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Economics.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar digital‑marketing role.
• Strong analytical mindset, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent command of English and solid communication skills.
