About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and scale a portfolio of digital education businesses operating at the intersection of community, online learning, AI, and higher education. The role will span Docsity, WeUni, and OPIT, driving structure, operational discipline, and execution across a fast‑growing EdTech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product‑led, community‑led, and commercially driven growth strategies.
• Strengthen engagement, retention, and monetisation across the student ecosystem.
• Introduce structure to product, marketing, sales, operations and customer experience functions.
• Build clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processes.
• Drive execution of product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial priorities.
• Identify and develop synergies across the three platforms.
• Represent the group externally with partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial energy combined with strong managerial discipline.
• Extensive experience in digital products, platforms, marketplaces or user‑based businesses.
• Proven track record in product‑led growth, digital marketing, community building and retention.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, KPIs and cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of AI‑enabled products and their impact on learning.
• Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships or institutional business development.
• Strong people leadership and ability to manage senior, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Italian, and willingness to work from Turin.
